There are jumbled paragraphs, dropped letter combinations, no numbers, no headings. Despite this, I was still able to read it and understand it. The author is very convincing that as we make ourselves sick we can make ourselves well. Our own informed choices are a powerful path to prevention of illness and offer the opportunity for healthy, happy and long productive lives.
Agneta recounts her own health issues, both physical and emotional and describes in a clear and instructive manner how she healed herself and her life. She provides a wealth of ideas, strategies and examples of how anyone can put themselves in touch with their own personal power, which many people likely do not know that they possess. A very valuable and healing book, which I highly recommend.
Such a needed message, that we are actually responsible for our own life's health and situations, and can turn things around through self awareness. This book has many fascinating examples of how to take responsibility for what seeming "disaster" shows up in our life and can lead to profound healing.
